I remember the very first Earth Day.  I was a student at Central Michigan University.  Every year I remember a speaker cautioning that by the time people sat up and listened, it would be too late.  That was 47 years ago!

Whoa! That seems impossible.  I was a college student 47 years ago?  After 47 years, people are still denying that we humans are impacting the climate?  Well, at least I still have a very good memory.
